"Super fresh geoduck"
Got some geoduck for the weekend. Showed up really clean. Firm too. That sweet, fresh taste was there right away. The texture was pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. Yeah, not cheap. But for the quality, I felt good about it.

"Showed up quicker than I thought it would"
I ordered from Taylor Shellfish Farms and, in my experience, the shipping was faster than I expected. I’m always a little nervous ordering seafood online, but mine arrived right on time and was still nice and cold.
I liked that I got tracking updates along the way, and everything seemed to move smoothly with no random delays. I was really happy with how quickly it got here, and I’d definitely order from them again.

So, I ordered a few dozen oysters and they arrived nice and cold, packed really well. They tasted super clean, briny, and just really fresh, you know? they were better than what I’ve had at a few local spots around me. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I had a good feeling about ordering from Taylor Shellfish after seeing how much they seem to care about clean water, healthy habitat, and growing shellfish the right way. I usually trust my gut with this kind of thing, and it made me feel better knowing I wasn’t just picking random seafood.
The box showed up in good shape, and everything tasted fresh. Sustainability gets thrown around a lot, but this actually felt genuine to me. I’d order from them again.

"Wanted to Order, but Too Much Was Unavailable"
I do like their seafood, but using the site was a bit frustrating this time. A few things I wanted were out of stock, and some items only showed limited delivery dates after I clicked around for a while. I was hoping it would be quicker and easier to figure out what was actually available, but I ended up not placing the order because I couldn’t get what I needed. Maybe I just checked at a bad time, but it was still annoying.

I’ve ordered from Taylor Shellfish Farms a couple of times now, and the delivery has been really dependable. The box showed up when they said it would, everything was cold, packed well, and just fine. One tracking update was a little slow, like it didn’t refresh right away, but the order still got there on time. I’d definitely use them again.

It showed up still cold, so I guess that’s the main thing, but the ice packs were already about half melted when I opened the box. Not a disaster or anything, just one of those moments where you’re like, okay, it made it, but barely. I would’ve felt better if everything had been a little more frozen on arrival.

I did appreciate that the harvest date was easy to find, since that made me feel a little better about ordering oysters online. That said, I still found myself focusing more on the shipping cost than anything else. The delivery was fine and nothing went wrong, but it felt a bit pricey for what it was.

My order got here on time and everything was still cold, so that part was totally fine. It’s not even about that, because the delivery itself wasn’t the issue.
The packaging just felt a little sloppy. A couple of the ice packs were halfway melted, and there was some wet cardboard inside the box. Nothing was completely ruined, thankfully, but it didn’t feel as secure as I expected.
For what it costs, I just thought it would be packed a bit more neatly. Not a terrible experience or anything, just kind of average for me.

"Fresh enough, but not all great"
Ordered some oysters and clams for the weekend, and most of it came in cold and seemed fresh. The oysters were actually good, so that part was nice, but a few of the clams seemed a little off and I ended up throwing those out.
Overall it wasn’t a bad order or anything, just not quite what I was hoping for. For the price, I expected this to be a bit more consistent. I might try them again at some point, but I’m not exactly rushing to do that.

It arrived cold, which I guess was a good thing, and everything seemed fresh. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but overall it looked good to me.

I was really hoping to enjoy the meal, but the oysters tasted kind of off to me. I kept second-guessing whether they were supposed to taste that way or if something wasn’t quite right, which made it hard to relax and enjoy them.

"Surprisingly fresh and delicious oysters"
I tried the oysters last weekend and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh they tasted. They were clean, slightly sweet, and had none of that weird fishy flavor you sometimes get. They were pretty much exactly what I was hoping for, maybe even a little better. I’d definitely order them again.

"Checkout was a mess and the wording didn’t help"
I tried to check out and the payment page froze on me twice. Then, out of nowhere, my cart emptied and I had to start over. What made it more annoying was the wording on the checkout page made it sound like everything was saved and ready to go, which clearly wasn’t true. Frustrating experience

Last Friday I was planning to keep it simple and just order oysters, but after browsing the site for a few minutes, I started noticing all the different shellfish options and ended up adding clams too. It was easy to look through everything, and the variety actually made it fun to pick what we wanted for dinner. I’d definitely order from them again for another seafood night.
